A man, who was being questioned in connection with the murder of Andrew Allen in Buncrana, Co Donegal in February, has been released without charge.
The man, who is in his 50s and from Northern Ireland, was arrested in Co Donegal yesterday morning and detained at Buncrana Garda Station.
A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Allen, 29, was shot dead at his home at Links View Park on 9 February.
