Three leading businessmen are embroiled in a High Court battle over the control of three of London's most famous hotels - Claridges, the Connaught and the Berkeley.
Paddy McKillen, from Belfast, wants to block a "takeover plan" by Sir David Barclay and his twin brother, Sir Frederick.
Today, lawyers began outlining evidence to judge Mr Justice David Richards at the start of a High Court trial in London.
All three entrepreneurs have invested in Coroin - the company which owns the three hotels.
But Mr McKillen claims that "company affairs" have been conducted in a "manner unfairly prejudicial to his interests" and wants damages.
The Barclay brothers, who grew up in London, are contesting his claims at a hearing expected to end next month.
