A 23-year-old man was arrested this morning as part of the investigation into the murder of Stephen Hanaphy in Ardee, CO Louth, in 2010.
The man was arrested in the Francis Street area of Drogheda this morning. He is being detained in Dundalk Garda Station.
He is the ninth person to be arrested by gardaí investigating the murder.
Mr Hanaphy, 20, died in October 2010 after he was shot in a row in a house on the Sliabh Breagh estate.
