A man has appeared in court charged with illegally exhuming the body of a 95-year-old man from a grave in Co Limerick.
Donal Daffy, of Skagh, Croom, Co Limerick, is accused of carrying out the exhumation on 26 February last year.
Mr Daffy is alleged to have exhumed the body of Joseph Graham, at Clounanna Cemetery in Patrickswell, without a licence.
The case at Newcastle West District Court was adjourned until next month.
