A man in his 30s, who was arrested on Thursday by gardaí investigating the death of Ciaran Noonan, has been released without charge.
Mr Noonan was abducted in East Wall in Dublin on 20 October. His body was discovered in a field in Co Meath earlier this month.
A man in his 20s, who was arrested yesterday, is still in custody.
