Gardaí have arrested a man in his 30s in connection with a fatal house fire in Co Roscommon last week.
The man was arrested in Co Sligo this morning and is being detained at Boyle Garda Station.
Five-year-old Mari Connolly died in the blaze on 3 October at Termon Road in Boyle.
Her father and her two sisters, aged six and eight, escaped after he jumped from an upstairs window with the two girls in his arms.
