A businessman accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Dublin in October last year is to be tried before the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court next year.
Anthony Lyons, 49, from Griffith Avenue, Dublin whom the court has heard is a "businessman of impeccable character" appeared before Judge Martin Nolan this morning.
The judge set a trial date for 23 April.
An order banning the media from identifying Mr Lyons as the accused in this case was lifted at a previous District Court hearing following an application by RTÉ.
