Three men are scheduled to appear in front of the Special Criminal Court tomorrow morning as part of an investigation into dissident republican activities.
Another six men arrested in connection with the investigation remain in garda custody.
The nine men were arrested yesterday after searches in counties Wexford, Waterford, Clare and Longford.
They are being held on suspicion of membership of an unlawful organisation and unlawful possession of firearms and explosives.
