A Galway woman accused of murder was granted continuing bail in Dublin District Court this morning.
Maura Thornton, 30, with an address at Upper Salthill, Galway, was charged with the murder of Kevin Joyce, 59, a Co Mayo native, at an apartment in Salthill on 31 July.
The District Court was told that Ms Thornton is currently receiving medical treatment in Dublin and requested that she be allowed to continue this treatment.
This request was granted and she will appear in the Dublin District Court again on 27 September.
