A Dublin businessman has been released after being questioned in a fraud investigation.
The man was detained yesterday by gardaí investigating complaints of fraud by a number of property investors.
He was questioned at Irishtown Garda Station, but was freed this morning without charge.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
