The president and vice president of Republican Sinn Féin have appeared before Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Des Dalton, from Athy, Co Kildare, and Fergal Moore, from Co Monaghan, are both charged with one count of taking part in an illegal parade.
The march took place in Lurgan in January.
Both men were released on bail to appear again in September.
