One man has been killed and another injured in a gun attack in a pub in Inchicore, Dublin.
The attack was carried out in the Black Horse Inn on Tyrconnell Road at 12.15am.
The 22-year- old victim was in the bar with a friend when a gunman came in and shot both of them once.
The gunman then left the scene and walked across Tyrconnell Road, before firing a number of shots back in the direction of the pub.
The victim was hit in the upper body and died a short time later.
The second man was shot in the stomach and is being treated in St James's Hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The scene has been sealed off for a technical and forensic examination.
