A 28-year-old man has appeared in court in Derry on charges linked to an Easter commemoration in the city this year.

Frank Quigley, from Elmwood Road, is accused of arranging or managing a meeting in support of the IRA on 25 April.

He is also charged with aiding and abetting people in the wearing of clothing to arouse a reasonable suspicion that the wearers were IRA members or supporters.

Mr Quigley was released on bail and will appear in court again on 7 July.
