A 24-year-old man has been jailed for a minimum of 18 years for the murder of another man, who was stabbed to death in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, in September 2008.

Martin Murray, from Windmill Drive in Dungannon, was convicted in April of murdering 48-year-old Eamonn Hughes as he walked home from a club after his daughter's 18th birthday party.

Three other men were acquitted of the murder, but convicted on separate charges.
