Two men have been arrested in Dublin on suspicion of murdering a man in Kilkeel in Co Down last weekend.
Dmytro Grytsunov, 29, was shot dead last Saturday after a row in the Rooney Park area of the village.
It is believed the shooting followed a row between two groups of foreign nationals.
The chief suspect in the murder was a man mistakenly freed from prison in Northern Ireland last year.
The men are being detained at Pearse Street Garda Station and can be questioned for up to a week.
A man in his 20s was detained by gardaí on Wednesday when he made inquiries regarding a passport application at Pearse Street Garda Station.
In a follow-up operation, a second man, also in his 20s, was arrested just before 11pm last night.
A 32-year-old woman has been charged by the PSNI in connection with the murder.
She was charged with perverting the course of justice, assisting an offender and withholding information.
