Gardaí are searching for at least three men who attacked staff in a pub in Dublin this morning and escaped with around €15,000 in cash.
The armed robbery happened at the Kilmardinny Inn on Lorcan Avenue in Santry at around 11am.
Two raiders armed with a handgun and a hammer went into the pub and demanded money.
One of the barmen was hit on the head with the hammer and is currently being treated in hospital.
The raiders took the cash and were driven away by another man waiting in a car outside.
The car was later found abandoned at St Anne's Park.
Gardaí in Santry are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
