A 31-year-old man is being treated in hospital after he was injured in a shooting in Dublin last night.
The attack happened at Wheatfield Close, Clondalkin, at about 9.20pm.
The victim was shot in the leg, hand and arm.
Gardaí and units from Dublin Fire Brigade were sent to the scene and the man was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries, which are not said to be serious.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
