A viable device has been found in a vehicle at a Belfast International airport.
An area of the long-stay car park, where the car was found, was sealed off for a time, but has since re-opened.
A number of items were taken away for examination.
Police gave the all clear shortly before 2am and the airport is functioning normally.
Elsewhere, a viable device found in Lurgan, Co Armagh, contained more than 40kg of homemade explosives.
Police said the device had the capability to cause destruction and injury.
It was found in a beer keg in the Tullydagan Road area on Friday and was made safe last night.
