A man has pleaded guilty to stealing €12,000 from a bank and falsely imprisoning two staff members during a robbery in July 2009.
John Crowe from Dundaniel Road, Kilmore West, in Dublin 5, was before Clonmel Circuit Court today on three charges relating to the raid at the AIB branch in Clogheen, Co Tipperary.
He pleaded guilty to each of the charges.
Judge Thomas Teehan adjourned sentencing until next February.
Crowe was remanded in custody.
