A 37-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Cork taxi driver Michael Healy.
Lloyd Buckley, with an address at Rocksprings Terrace in St Luke's on Cork's northside appeared before a special sitting of the District Court where he was charged with the murder of the 62-year-old between 18 and 23 September last.
Mr Buckley was remanded in custody to appear again before the District Court next Thursday.
Judge Olan Kellegher also granted an application for free legal aid.
