A 41-year-old man and a 16-year-old youth have been charged in connection with rioting in north Belfast on 12 July.
The man was charged with riotous assembly and will appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on 21 September. He was detained in the Lurgan area of Co Armagh.
The youth was also charged with riotous assembly and is due to appear at Belfast Youth Court on 22 September.
The charge is subject to review by the Public Prosecution Service.
On Tuesday, two other men were charged over the disturbances.
A 25-year-old was charged with riotous assembly and throwing petrol bombs and a 44-year-old with riotous assembly.
