A man in his 30s was today due before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court in connection with a number of burglaries across the south and southeast.
He was one of 11 people arrested in Thurles, Co Tipperary in connection with burglaries in business premises in counties Carlow, Cork, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford in a period spanning October 2008 and May 2010.
Ten others are still being held by gardaí across the southeast.
