A 60-year-old man arrested in connection with the activities of dissident republicans was released from Balbriggan Garda Station this afternoon.
Gardaí say a file will be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
He was one of five men arrested last Friday after gardaí seized explosive material, ammunition and two stolen cars.
One man has already appeared at the Special Criminal Court and been charged in connection with the investigation.
