Charges of theft and deception against a 37-year-old Limerick woman, who chartered aircraft for Munster away matches, has been put back until September next.
Pamala Hickey of Ashford, Patrickswell, Co Limerick, faces two charges of chartering the services of Monarch Airlines by deception on dates in September 2004 and January 2005.
The charges relate to two return flights from Shannon airport to Gatwick.
She also faces one charge of forgery at her address in Patrickswell, Co Limerick, on 14 January 2005, contrary to the Criminal Justice and Theft Act.
Limerick District court was told today that the book of evidence in the case is not ready and the case was put back to 2 September.
