Two people have appeared in Trim District Court in connection with the death of model Katy French in December 2007.
Kieran Ducie, 40, of Lamberdstown Manor, Kilmessan, Co Meath, and Ann Corcoran, 29, of Tolka Road, Clonliffe Road, Dublin 3, both faced two charges regarding the supply of cocaine.
The 24-year-old model died on 6 December 2007 in Our Lady's Hospital in Navan.
There are two charges before the court.
The first is that sometime between 1 December and 2 December 2007, Mr Ducie and Ms Corcoran conspired with persons not before the court to possess cocaine for the purpose of supplying to another.
They were also charged with intentionally or recklessly supplying cocaine to Katy French and in failing to get medical assistance in a timely fashion, which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm to another.
Both were given bail on their own bond of €500 with an independent surety of €3,100 and are due to appear again in Navan District Court next Wednesday.
