Police in Northern Ireland are investigating a kidnapping and robbery that took place last night in Bangor, Co Down.
The PSNI said that a woman was forced to drive at gunpoint from her home to her workplace a few miles away and to take money from a safe.
The 22-year-old woman was at home with a 25-year-old man on Sunday evening when two armed and masked men entered her house in the Dufferin area of Bangor.
One of the men went with the woman in the car while the other held the man captive. He was not injured.
The woman was made to drive to her workplace in the Castle Street area of Newtownards and then remove cash from the safe. She was unharmed but was badly shaken. The kidnapper made her drive back to Bangor and then got out of the car at Primrose Street.
It is believed his accomplice left the house around the same time.
Police have appealed for anyone who saw a black Volkswagen Sharan in the Market Street area of Newtownards between 8pm and 8.30pm to contact them.
