Police are questioning a man over the murder of a Polish national in north Belfast.

The 39-year-old was arrested after the body of Piotr Rafacz was found in his Cliftonville Road flat last Saturday.

He is being held at Antrim Police Station.

Mr Rafacz's wife, Teresa Rafacz, has already been charged with the murder of the 29-year-old.

The couple have a three-year-old son.

Her brother Pawel Czop, 26, from Clifton Crescent in Belfast has also been accused of trying to impede her arrest or prosecution by moving the victim's body.

The pair, who deny the allegations, have been remanded in custody.
