Gardaí are investigating a fatal shooting last night in Dublin.
The incident happened at about 11.30pm at Oakview Way, Hartstown, Dublin 15.
A 32-year-old man was shot outside his parent's house and was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, where he died this morning.
He has been named as Wayne Doherty, a father of two children.
The scene is preserved pending a full technical examination.
No arrests have been made.
