A survivor of institutional abuse, who was mistakenly named in the Ryan Report, has said she is angry that her name has still not been removed from the internet version.
May Henderson, who had preferred to remain anonymous until now, told RTÉ News she should have been given the same respect as the clergy who were not identified by the Commission.
Ms Henderson, who is 76 and living in Britain, was sent to Goldenbridge Industrial School when she was two years old.
The Ryan Commission sent her a letter saying the inclusion of her name in the report had been inadvertent.
However, Ms Henderson said she refused to accept their apology because her name has still not been removed from the internet
