A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Magheraghfelt early this morning.
The victim, who is believed to be in his late 30s, was found in a house in the Rainey Street area of Magherafelt at around 3am.
Part of the town centre was sealed off while police scene of crime officers examined the area.
A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out later.
