The trial of Kathleen Mulhall in connection with the death of Farah Swaleh Noor in Dublin four years ago is expected to take place next month.
The case was mentioned briefly before the Central Criminal Court this morning when lawyers for the prosecution made applications to the court.
The 53-year-old of St Mary's Park, Carlow, faces charges in connection with the death of Mr Noor at Richmond Cottages, Ballybough, on 21 March 2005.
In December 2006 her daughters, Charlotte and Linda, were convicted respectively of his murder and manslaughter.
Ms Mulhall has been charged with withholding information, helping to clean up the crime scene and giving false information about Mr Noor's whereabouts.
Her trial is scheduled to begin on 16 February.
Ms Mulhall was not present in court yesterday for the State's application. The trial is expected to last two weeks.
