Gardaí in Dublin are investigating the discovery of a man’s body in Glasnevin this evening.
The discovery was made at 5pm at the man's home on Ballygall Road East.
It is understood he was 92 years old.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and a post mortem examination is expected to be carried out tomorrow.
Gardaí at Ballymun say investigations into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death are ongoing.
