A bomb has exploded outside a court in Spain's north eastern Basque region.
It happened shortly after 1am this morning local time in the town of Tolosa.
The device was reportedly left in a rucksack on the steps of the court.
Spanish media are reporting that the blast followed a warning from the separatist group ETA.
There are no reports of injuries.
