A 28-year-old man has been arrested by detectives in Northern Ireland as part of the investigation into the murder of journalist Martin O'Hagan.
A 40-year-old man was arrested last week in connection with the murder in September 2001, he remains in custody.
Mr O'Hagan, an investigative reporter for the Sunday World newspaper, was shot dead outside his home in Lurgan.
The Loyalist Volunteer Force was blamed for the murder.
