A 32-year-old man arrested in connection with the seizure of 6kg of methamphetamine in Co Offaly has been released.
The drug, also known as crystal meth, was seized on Monday as part of a combined customs and garda operation into a Lithuanian drug trafficking gang.
It was the largest ever seizure of the drug in Ireland.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
