Gardaí say they are following a definite line of inquiry in the investigation into the murder of a 69-year-old man in Cork.
The man's body was discovered yesterday at a house on St Francis Ave, off College Road, in the city.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy has conducted a post mortem examination on the man's body at Cork University Hospital.
The results are not being released for operational reasons
The dead man was a married father of five.
