A man in his 20s has been injured in a shooting incident in Darndale, Dublin.
The shooting happened in Buttercup Park just after 7pm this evening.
The man was sitting in a car when a lone gunman approached and discharged a firearm.
The victim has been taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The area has been sealed off and a garda investigation has been launched.
