An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a pizza delivery man in Derry.
Emmett Shiels was shot dead in the Creggan area of Derry last week when he became involved in an altercation with masked men.
Police said the 22-year-old was a completely innocent victim.
The accused, who also faces a series of firearms charges, is due to appear at court in the city tomorrow morning.
An 18-year-old woman has already appeared in court accused with attempting to pervert the course of justice in connection with the killing.
Earlier, a 16-year-old girl was released pending a report being sent to the Public Prosecution Service.
Two other youths arrested in relation to the murder have been released without charge.
The killing of Mr Shiels, who was originally from the Bogside area of the city, has been met by a wave of revulsion across Northern Ireland.
The victim's partner, who was heavily pregnant at the time of the murder, gave birth to a boy earlier in the week.
