The trial of three people accused in connection with the killing of Robert McCartney did not proceed at Belfast Crown Court this morning because of legal reasons.
A new date for the hearing has not yet been set.
Terence Davison, 51, has been charged with murdering the 33-year old man from Short Strand and causing an affray on 30 January 2005.
Two other men, 47-year old Joseph Fitzpatrick and 39-year-old James McCormick are also charged with causing an affray on the same date.
All three accused deny the charges and were due to stand trial today after an initial 24-hour delay, but the trial did not proceed.
