A remand prisoner who went on the run after absconding from a funeral in Co Antrim has been re-arrested.
Police had issued a warning to the public not to approach John George Kennedy Reid.
The 38-year-old escaped after being granted compassionate leave to attend a funeral in the Whitehead area last Tuesday.
