Two men have been assaulted outside their home in Ballymena, Co Antrim, in an attack by a gang of 10 other men.
The victims, aged 20 and 21, suffered cuts and bruises to the head and body in the attack on Saturday.
The pair were confronted after going outside a house in Sentry Hollow to investigate when they heard the sound of glass smashing at around 11.30pm.
Police are investigating whether a sectarian motive was behind the attack.
Detectives have appealed for anybody with information to contact them.
