A house belonging to solicitor Michael Lynn has been withdrawn from auction after it failed to attract an opening bid of €1.7m.
The house at St Albans Park in Sandymount is one of five properties of Mr Lynn's to be sold following an order issued by the courts in January.
Lisney Auctioneers said the vendor was happy to withdraw the property if it failed to sell.
