An estimated €500,000 worth of jewelery has been stolen in a raid in Co Cork.
It is believed a lone raider broke into Fitzpatrick's Jewellers on Main Street in Charleville some time between midnight and 8am this morning.
CCTV footage from the area is being examined.
Gardaí are appealing to anybody who was in the area between midnight and 8am to contact them at Charleville Garda Station on 063 21770, or Mallow Garda Station on 022 31450.
