The Mahon Tribunal has said it is still awaiting records from Taoiseach Bertie Ahern's constituency organisation to help its investigation into a loan of £30,000 to Celia Larkin.
It has also rescheduled the evidence of a key witness.
Ms Larkin, who runs a beauty saloon in Limerick city, addressed a Women in Business seminar at a hotel in the city today.
She asked questions of a number of journalists attending the event, but declined to comment on the investigation.
Earlier today Tim Collins former secretary of the St Lukes Trust arrived to give evidence at the Mahon Tribunal.
The BT account from which money was given to Ms Larkin was held in his name.
But chairman Judge Alan Mahon said he was still awaiting documentation from Fianna Fáil's Dublin Central constituency despite an order of discovery.
Financial records including the BT account opened in the Irish Permanent have been forwarded.
But the tribunal wants cumman records from the Taoiseach's constituency.
Judge Alan Mahon was told by counsel for the constituency that this will take time because there are 28 cummain, but they are co-operating.
Judge Mahon said his comment last week asking the why the organisation did not just produce the documents was made in the heat of the moment.
Tim Collins is rescheduled to appear on 11 March.
