Northern Ireland Assembly members are to debate the murder of south Armagh man Paul Quinn.
Paul Quinn, 21, from Cullyhanna died after being attacked and beaten at a shed across the border in Co Monaghan last October.
His family has blamed members of the IRA for the murder, but Sinn Féin has denied that there was any republican involvement.
Mr Quinn's family and members of the Quinn Support Group are due to attend the debate at Stormont this afternoon.
Gardaí, who are co-operating closely with the PSNI, say they are pursuing 1,200 lines of inquiry into the murder and have taken more than 400 statements.
Today's motion from SDLP MLA Dominic Bradley condemns the murder and notes that the British and Irish governments have made it clear that they do not believe claims that Mr Quinn was involved in any criminality.
It will also note assessments of PSNI Chief Constable Sir Hugh Orde and the Independent Monitoring Commission that current or former IRA members or those who had associations with members or former IRA members may have been involved.
The motion calls for people to come forward and assist the police investigations on both sides of the border.
