Sentencing in the case of a priest from Co Kerry who has pleaded guilty to indecent assault has been adjourned until 15 February.
John Joe Brosnan, 58, pleaded guilty last November to the offences which happened in Co Kerry between 1965 and 1973.
There were 32 charges of indecent assault against one of the boys and 16 in the case of the one of the girls.
Garda Detective John Evans told Tralee Circuit Criminal Court that the offences happened during Easter, summer and Christmas holidays when Mr Brosnan had returned from boading school and Maynooth.
