A district court judge from Cork has been in court charged with failing to display and produce a National Car Test (NCT) certificate.
Judge Terence Finn, who lives in Mitchelstown, was charged at Mitchelstown District Court with failing to display an NCT cert, using a vehicle without an NCT cert and with failure to produce an NCT cert.
The charges arise after Judge Finn was stopped by a member of the Garda Traffic Corps in Greencloyne, Youghal, Co Cork, on 26 July 2007.
Judge Tim Lucey adjourned the case until 8 April at the request of Judge Finn's solicitor.
