A man in his 20s has been wounded in a shooting incident in Limerick city
The incident happened on the Hyde Road in the Ballinacurra Weston area at around 9pm last night.
It is understood the man received gunshot wounds to the head and hand.
He is being treated at the Mid Western Regional Hospital in Limerick.
