PSNI officers investigating the murder of a schoolboy in Belfast have released the Progressive Unionist Party member, Billy Hutchinson, without charge.
The former MLA was one of seven people detained by officers investigating the fatal stabbing of 15-year-old Thomas Devlin in August 2005.
Six others remain in custody.
