Gardaí investigating the murder of 37-year-old Gary Bull in west Cork have recovered the blue Isuzu four-wheel drive they had been seeking.

The vehicle was recovered at around 6pm this evening in Ballyneety, Co Limerick.

A woman in her 40s who were arrested today is still being questioned at Bandon Garda Station.

Mr Bull's body was found at a farm near Dunmanway in west Cork last week.

Three women and two men, who were earlier held in connection with the investigation, were also released without charge. Files are to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Mr Bull was a New Age Traveller who had been living in a mobile home in Carrigdangan near Macroom for a number of years.

He is survived by his two children, aged 15 and 17, and his parents who are in their 70s.

It is understood that members of Mr Bull's family plan to travel to west Cork from Hertfordshire in England.
